Back in 2017 when we were still touring like crazy, me and figub made this absolute banger in between all the shows.
I wrote the hook and recorded the hook to a completely different beat, and then figub went and flipped his production magic on it.
So I recorded the first verse to the new beat, but I had to catch a flight that day or something so I did the first verse and came back the next week for the second verse.
This track captures the spirit of that period for me perfectly and at the same time still sounds fresh and new like the day we made it.
